Warm a generous amount of Taila and massage it into your scalp using your fingertips. Leave it on for 30 to 60 minutes, or overnight for deeper absorption, then wash it off with a mild herbal shampoo or lukewarm water. Use it 2 to 3 times weekly. or as directed by the Physician
