As a Paste: Mix a small pinch or portion of the powder with a few drops of honey or ghee to make a smooth paste. Gently apply it directly to the ulcers, sore gums, or affected areas in the mouth. Leave it on for 2 to 3 minutes, let saliva drain out, and then rinse your mouth thoroughly with lukewarm water.
As a Gargle / Mouthwash: Dissolve the prescribed amount or 5-10g in lukewarm water and use it to gargle or rinse the oral cavity for throat and gum discomfort.
