Arimeda- Acacia leucophloea (St.Bk.),
Udumbara- Ficus racemosa (St.Bk.) ,
Vata- Ficus benghalensis (St.Bk.),
Aswatha- Ficus religiosa (St.Bk.),
Plaksha- Ficus microcarpa (St.Bk.)

Take 5 to 10 ml (1-2 teaspoons) of the oil into your mouth. Swish and gently gargle it for 5 to 20 minutes so it coats your gums and teeth. Spit it out in the trash (not the sink, as oil can clog pipes) and rinse thoroughly with warm water. Do not swallow. OR USE AS DIRECTED BY PHYSICIAN.
